No one was injured when a bus transporting six Beloit area residents to Kandu Industries went in the ditch this morning at County G and Townline Road, north of Beloit, officials said.

The Van Galder bus lost power on County G, and the driver attempted to turn onto Townline Road. The bus was not able to turn and slid in the ditch, Rock County Sheriff’s Cpt. Todd Christiansen said.

The accident was reported at 7:59 a.m. Another bus arrived shortly to pick up the passengers.
