From the National Weather Service:

The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a winter storm warning for heavy snow, which is in effect from 10 p.m. Friday evening to 3 p.m. Saturday. The winter storm watch is no longer in effect.

Moderate to heavy snow is expected to begin over south central Wisconsin by mid to late evening and continue into Saturday. Snowfall totals of 5 to 7 inches are expected. Brisk north winds will create areas of blowing and drifting snow by Saturday afternoon.

A winter storm warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in an emergency. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.

It's just too bad I had surgery a couple of weeks ago and I can't shovel... I guess my wife and/or my room mate will have to do it!

Okay, we'll see. I look outside and all I see is bright sunshine and beautiful blue skies. I am also on the fourth floor and it appears this way for miles!
