Incumbents survive Turtle Town Board primary

TURTLE TOWNSHIP--Both incumbents and two challengers survived the five-way primary for Turtle Town Board.

The results: Incumbent Tim Kopp, 335 votes; incumbent Lester Oldenburg, 146 votes; Margaret Palubinski, 144 votes; Darrell Simonides, 243 votes.

Those four will move on to the general election in April.

Tom Straub, with 105 votes, did not make the cut.
