'Person of interest' arrested in Kenosha death
KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — Authorities in Arkansas have arrested a "person of interest" in the death of a Kenosha man.
A news release from Kenosha police says 26-year-old Nicolas Subdiaz-Osorio of Kenosha was arrested Sunday night by an Arkansas state police officer who stopped his vehicle.
Earlier Sunday, officers found a 37-year-old man dead in his mobile home. His name has not been released because he has not been positively identified.
Police are providing few details, but say there were signs of foul play, and that the incident is not being investigated as a random act.
Subdiaz-Osorio has not been formally charged. The Kenosha District Attorney's Office is drafting a criminal complaint and warrant.

I read on a Madison television station's web site that the man arrested is the half-brother of the dead man.

Of course they know who he is. But just being the same general age and appearance of the occupant of a place is not a positive identification sufficient for criminal prosecution. They want a relative ID, dental records, or DNA, at least.

Ah yes, thank you, I failed to see that they knew the "unidentified Victim" was 37 years old. And do not get off topic this early talking about the school board crap. There is a seperate forum for that.

Was the man arrested because he was a person of interest, or for something else? If he hasn't been charged with the death of the unidentified man, shouldn't they be meeting behind closed doors because it could likely have a substantial adverse effect upon his reputation, like the secret school board issue? If they haven't identified the person that died, how do they know he's 37? The questions swirl in my mind.

Not been "Positively Identified." Hmmm sounds like that they knew that the victim lived in the moobile home he was found in and what vehicle he owned/drove if the Arkansas cops knew what vehicle to look for.
