Wow, I think you all need to worry about your own business. None of you really know who he is, so your opinions do not matter!

Teampacker you must be friends of his, like they always say birds of a feather flock together. You say he is a college student WOW do you realize with a criminal record like that he will probaly never receive a decent job, but who knows what you guys consider a decent job. Working at the local "may i take your order" joint dont count in anyones book i wouldn't think. I too am a college graduate and am raising two kids and i'm not out living a life of crime. p.s If he is taking care of 2 kids where were they at 4 in the morning? just a question. AGAIN TRUECITIZEN COULDN'T OF SAID IT BETTER

I thought this was just a really good police sketch! Ha. Judging by his expression on this previous mug shot, the jailers either already flopped him, or were about to do so!

Drugs always seem to play into it don't they? As far as the 'victim'-thing is concerned...I believe that you reap what you sow. Why was this 'victim' in with this group of no-goods when it all went down. If it looks like " ", tastes like " ", and smells like " " then it must be " "!

i don't think anyone deserves to be shot, but if you put yourself into a situation that may end up that way then you are at fault as well. The victim had a choice to be involved with the other person, they obviously had a past history for this to get heated

WE WERE MEANING THAT IT DOES NOT SAY THE VICTIM'S NAME. AND IT WAS HELD OUT FOR VERY GOOD REASON'S, NO MATTER WHAT IT STARTED OVER, IT SHOULD OF NOT ENDED UP THE WAY THAT IT DID

MAYHEM, YOU ARE RIGHT BECAUSE IF YOU KNEW THE VICTIM YOU WOULD KNOW THAT HE IS NOT A DIRT BAG AND HE IS A FULL TIME COLLEGE STUDENT SUPPORTING TWO SMALL CHILDREN, REGARDLESS IF HE HAS A CRIMINAL HISTORY OR NOT, NO ONE DESERVES TO BE SHOT AT EVER!

If you read the article also this whole mess was over a drug debt, so its not like he was a poor little innocent victim!

There are a lot of people that know him...including me ( only by acquaitance, Thank God!) and he is a loser! Guess he was friends with that guy that killed that woman outside of the office building in Beloit not long ago. Shows you what kind of company he keeps.
I'm just glad to hear that nobody was hurt during this. We all know it could of been a lot worse. Hope they lock him up for a long time.

Teampackers....the victim has a lot to do with the incident. In this case probably a two sided incident which ended up in a shooting by one of the sides. Maybe these people shouldn't have been out causing trouble and up to no good. Play it out in your head, because this wasn't random. I'll keep my eyes open for this guy when I'm out and about!

The victim also has a wrap sheet a mile long, also so its not like these guys are outstanding members of society. The problem is, is that they pull this crap in our neighborhoods where our children play and have to sleep at night! Save all the trouble and all of yhe newsprint and put them in prison where they belong and most likely will end up!

The dude is 29yr's old and has charges & convictions that consist of battery, obstructing an officer, sexual assult, disorderly conduct, operating a motor vehicle while suspended, and bailjumping. With a history like this, why? would they say probable cause for an arrest. He needs to be locked up.
