Craig at Beloit boys basketball remains on schedule; others postponed

Janesville Craig at Beloit Memorial in Big Eight boys basketball will be played as scheduled at 7:30 tonight. All other Janesville athletic events, and most in the area, have been postponed. For a complete list of postponements, check the prep sports section at GazetteXtra.

As of 8:42 p.m., not fit for beast or basketball players out there. Cold, very windy and snow is falling.

The article used to be about the Parker athletics being canceled. When they change the entire article, they really should start a new one with new blogs.

pcmagic1...check the closing page. The Parker Girls, Parker Boys and Craig Girls were all scheduled to play against Madison teams tonight. So BikerJoe and BeloitGuy knew exactly what they were talking about...the same can't be said of you.

Why would he be driving to Madison...the story says BELOIT Memorial. So, he would be driving from Janesville to Beloit...not Madison.

Actually, he should leave Janesville about 4:00 (as the bus likely would) and then leave Madison about 9:30 PM for the return trip home. Don't forget to stop and eat on the way home either!

Well why don't you fire up your car jvldss at about 8pm tonight and take a drive to Madison and back.. I just snuck another peek at the National Weather Service Radar.. We might get lucky and the Brunt of the storm will hit East of us..Post back tomorrow and let us know how your drive was..
