MILWAUKEE (AP) — U.S. Senator Herb Kohl will discuss health care reform and other issues Wednesday at Marquette University.

The Democrat was elected to the Senate in 1988 and re-elected to a fourth six-year term in 2006. Before that, he helped build his family-owned business, Kohl's grocery and department stores. He's also owned the Milwaukee Bucks since 1985.

He will speak at Marquette University Law School.

It's not competition when the government makes the rules and has an unlimited taxpayer funded bank account.
