Third man charged in Kenosha killing
KENOSHA -- A third man has been charged with the killing of a Kenosha custard stand employee during a robbery.
Jose A. Leon-Nava, 23, was charged with party to the crime of first-degree intentional homicide with a dangerous weapon in the fatal shooting of Robert W. Wilde. He also is charged with party to the crime of armed robbery. Leon-Nava is charged as a repeat offender on all counts.
Wilde, 18, was killed July 26 at Shirl’s Drive-In. A 43-year-old manager also was shot but survived.
Two other Kenosha men are charged in connection with the crime.
Julian Jerome Miller, 29, and Daniel Gonzalez, 23, face the same charges as Leon-Nava, with Miller also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
On the night of the robbery, according to the criminal complaint, Leon-Nava and Miller left their bicycles behind Club Breakaway, south of the restaurant. They walked behind a Dumpster and when the manager of Shirl’s came out to throw away garbage, Miller put a gun to the manager’s back, marched him into the restaurant and shot him. Leon-Nava, armed with a knife, ordered other Shirl’s employees to lie down before hearing a second shot.

That's just sick! Hope they rot in prison for that..It's situations like this that capitol punishment would be a great deterrent. Armed robbery sure even maybe a pistol whipping, but to shoot to kill? Obviously planned to kill or they would not have taken the second shot.. Glad they got the suspects.
