Report: Public opposes early voting in Wisconsin
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A new report says the public does not support changing Wisconsin elections to allow early voting.
The Government Accountability Board has been considering switching away from the current system of absentee voting, which caused long lines and headaches for municipal clerks during last year’s presidential election.
Supporters say early voting would have less administrative work and more voting sites in the days and weeks before an election to reduce lines.
But after 11 listening sessions with local officials and the public, a report says the board has found little support for the idea and serious concerns about the costs of the switch.
The board will collect more feedback before suggesting what early voting options, if any, should be considered.

Since when does anyone in Madison, particularly anyone in the Governor's mansion, care about what the voters want?

I'm prety sure there is voter fraud from both sides of the aisle. Let's not pretend that it is only one party or the other.

As soon as the government accountability board and Doyle begin to follow all the federal rules I have no problem with the changing rules...but don't change rules f you currently fail to follow existing laws.

No early voting, This is doyles way of getting more votes from people who vote 3 to 4 times. we should only allow one day to vote and that is it! No rides, No buses full of people who were promised dinner to vote, no cigarettes, no phone cards, and especially no illegal aliens allowed unless you have a social security card. Then we will see doyle go!!!!
