Stoughton traffic snarl cleared

The traffic delay on eastbound Interstate 90/39 near Stoughton has cleared, and traffic is flowing normally, according to a news release from the Wisconsin State Patrol.

Traffic was backed up this afternoon after a semi went into the median near County B. Workers have now removed the semi.

we were traveling 2 cars behind this truck when it did this and did not see what could have caused this, I wonder if the driver fell asleep or had a medical emergency because it did not appear to involve any other vehicle.
