Traffic continues to move slowly on eastbound Interstate 90/39 near Stoughton after a semi ran onto the median this afternoon.

The Wisconsin State Patrol is waiting until traffic lightens later this evening to remove the semi so it doesn't have to close a lane, a spokeswoman said. In the meantime, traffic is slower than normal near County B around where the run-off happened, she said.

Would be nice if people would just quit rubber necking and just drive. I hate this when driving the beltline in Madison. Car is pulled over on the other side of the beltline and most everyone on the other side of the road slow way down to stare.
