Rock County Highway Superintendent Hal Mayer announced Monday that Smith Road from Avon Store Road to County T is closed due to flooding. The section of road is near the Sugar River.
Just to warn you that want to "go see" the flooding, the road out there is buckling from all of the recent flooding, and I wouldn't be surprised if it washed away in some spots. So, please stay off. I live out in the area, and have witnessed many people get in some bad situations.

I think they can cancel this closure. 15 minutes ago the water wasn't anywhere near coming over the road.
