Accident causing delays on Interstate
An accident at 2:21 p.m. this afternoon on Interstate 39/90 is causing significant delays in the northbound lanes, according to a news release from the Wisconsin State Patrol.
The accident took place between the Highway 11 and Highway 14 exits in Janesville.
The Rock County Highway Department is cleaning up glass and debris in the right lane.
The delay is expected to last two hours.

It was NOT northbound, it was southbound and closer to the 176 mile marker and the trailer was in the ditch while the cab was still on the right shoulder of the road.
I was right near Olive Garden (where the back-up started at that time...), getting off on Hwy 14 just about 10 minutes after the accident. I have a CB and this is what the truckers who were THERE said. By about 4:30 it had been cleaned up and traffic was moving again.

There was an accident on Pontiac near McDonald's or Hwy 14 intersection too. Don't see it reported yet.
