Incumbents win big in Janesville School Board race
JANESVILLE -- Voters returned four incumbents and one newcomer to the Janesville School Board on Tuesday.
The top vote-getter was Lori Stottler, followed by Greg Ardrey, DuWayne Severson, Peter D. Severson and Diedre Richard.
Richard is the newcomer. She and Peter D. Severson, as the lowest two vote-getters among the winners, will serve one-year terms. The top three vote-getters will serve for three years.

Amazing how nothing changes, because we keep voting in the status quo.

You need to go back in your mole hole and re-think then. Given the qualifications of the other candidates, the Gazette didn't have much choice. Since I couldn't find the 'none of the above' box on the ballot, even I ended up voting for fewer than the number allowed.

I think it was hypocritical for the Gazette to endorse all the incumbents a week after blasting the board for the sham superintendent selection process.
