Traffic delayed by crash near county line
Eastbound traffic on Interstate 90/39 is backed up as officials respond to a crash near Goede Road just over the Dane County line.
The crash was reported at 1:26 p.m., according to the Wisconsin State Patrol. Officials will be closing traffic lanes as needed for the landing of a medical helicopter.

If you stood in one place along that stretch, you would see at least one reckless driver every 5 minutes....zero law enforcement.

Swisschick... if you were to drive between Janesville and Madison everyday (like I do)you would see why. Combine vehicles traveling at 75 and the equivalent of 10 pounds of doo in a 5 pound bag and you would understand why there's a lot of accidents.

beginning to think that this part of the interstate between Mad town and the state line is a travel at your own risk area. Soon the Homeland Security Dept. will make it official and warn drivers not to go near this stretch of road. Rooster isn't here yet so I'll say it.......SLOW DOWN and STAY SAFE!!
