More potholes than usual for Rock County roads
From the WCLO newsroom:
Potholes are posing more of a problem this year on Rock county roads.
County Public Works Director Ben Coopman says road crews have been busy keeping up. Coopman says for some reason more moisture than usual got into the soil under the pavement. He says after it freezes, and then thaws again, it erupts in what's called "frost boils". These turn into pot holes that need patching.
Coopman says this has been an unusually bad year for the problem.

ever since the city changed the way they fixed the potholes it's been like this. It's a temporary fix that costs the city more money.

Could President Obama spare a few bucks to patch the Janesville Post Office parking lot so picking up my mail isn't like playing a game of Minefield?

OK, now you've gone, and made me chuckle.
Add your own pot hole. I think I'm going to add that pot hole I used to work for years ago.
