IRS can't deliver checks to 3,500 Wis. taxpayers
MADISON, Wis. (AP) The Internal Revenue Service says about 3,500 Wisconsin residents haven't received their stimulus or tax-refund checks because the IRS doesn't have their correct address.
IRS spokesman Christopher Miller says checks that total about $2 million came back as undeliverable.
He says the average stimulus payment is $527 and the average tax refund is about $750.
People who think they should have received their money by now can call the IRS or visit its Web site to make sure their addresses are current.
Taxpayers expecting stimulus checks have to provide their correct information by Nov. 28 because the checks have to be mailed by Dec. 31.
The phone numbers are 1-866-234-2942 for stimulus checks and 1-800-829-1954 for tax refunds.

There are some Illegal immigrants that do get a Tax I.D number. Which kind of contradicts the whole system. They might get that number before their H1-B visa is up however.
I like your point Turkeyman!!!

Geez, get real. Do you really think that illegals file tax forms? They are ILLEGAL!!! Yeah, they really want all the contact with Uncle Sam they can get! What a genius. Instead of worrying about the illegals getting a few dollars they shouldn't get, why don't you spend your time asking our LEGAL congressmen and businessmen to stop stealing BILLIONS from us?
