Craig opens playoffs against Tremper
Janesville Craig will play at Kenosha Tremper in a first-round, WIAA Division 1 playoff game Tuesday night.
The Cougars will carry a 5-4 record into the game against a 7-2 Tremper squad.
The winner of that game will face either Mukwonago (4-5) or Middleton (8-1) in a Level 2 game a week from Saturday.
That’s just one of seven games involving teams in The Janesville Gazette circulation area.

The playoffs are set somewhat by record the top four teams in the area get the best seeds. Middleton was 8-1 we were 5 -4 they get an easier game. However, I would say that we have a decent chance of beating Tremper.

How is it that we get stuck playing a team that is 7 and 2 while Middleton plays a team that is 4 and 5. The chances of us even seeing the second round are slim!!
