Man charged with selling Viagra to stand trial
ELKHORN -- A Lake Geneva man accused of selling Viagra to an undercover sheriff’s deputy will likely be charged with three misdemeanors, a defense attorney said Wednesday.
David L. Vos, 55, of 617 Haskins St., Lake Geneva, is charged with three counts of felony delivery of prescription drugs, but the Walworth County district attorney’s office is expected to reduce the charges to misdemeanors, defense attorney John Olson said.
Vos appeared in Walworth County Court Wednesday and waived his right to a preliminary hearing. He was ordered to stand trial.

If found guilty, Dave faces either 3 years of prison and a $5000 fine, or being strapped down in front of a TV playing a DVD loop of Enzyte commercials for 24 hours.
.
Now just try to NOT think of that whistling tune for the rest of the day. :)

He only has traffic priors, and it's only a Felony H charge to begin with (Viagra is a Schedule III drug, restricted but not considered to have a high potential for abuse). First offense, no jail time, supervision.
