UPDATE: Barricaded suspect in custody
JANESVILLE--Police took a barricaded suspect into custody around 5 p.m. from an apartment in the 2900 block of Kennedy Drive on Janesville's north side, a Janesville Police Department spokeswoman said.
Traffic was blocked this afternoon near Kennedy Drive and Barberry Drive.
More information will be reported as it becomes available.

He was wanted for "substantial battery, strangulation, stalking and second degree recklessly endangering safety" - Troubled boy? No, he is a criminal awaiting justice in the adult court system.
