KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) At least one person was killed when the season's first measurable snow fell during the morning commute in southeastern Wisconsin.

Kenosha County Sheriff's Sgt. Gil Benn says a passenger in a sports utility vehicle died when the driver lost control and collided with a pickup on Highway JB in the Town of Brighton.

The State Patrol reported slippery road conditions throughout Wisconsin.

In Marathon County, a baby and an emergency medical technician were injured when the ambulance they were riding slipped off Highway 29. Sheriff's authorities say their injuries aren't life-threatening.

And, remember, don't cuss me out when I'm driving like a Grandma. I may stop to help you when you are in the ditch. I will stop if there is any kind of injury or shock from the accident.

I get frustrated with drivers who think they are invincible. Just because you have 4-wheel drive doesn't mean anything either if you hit a nice patch of ice.

Please take it slow and arrive alive at your destination! Our firefighters, EMTS, and police could have been responding to an emergency if you would just remember to take'er slow!

It usually takes one or two good snows before drivers remember how to drive in this. Until then... beware. Bah, who am I kidding those who can't drive in the first snow will still suck after the tenth. You know who you are - call a cab and spare me the claim forms.

It was wicked slick out there this morning. Catch a little slush and the back end was moving! Main roads were OK, but anything else was a real mess.

That is unfortunate. I hope everyone drives safely on these icy/slick roads. My condolences go out to the family. I hope nobody else has to go through the pain that these people are right now. Losing a loved one in a car wreck just before the holidays is horrible.
