Freeze warnings for parts of Wisconsin
UNDATED (AP) - Some Wisconsinites enjoyed 80-degree temperatures on Memorial Day.
But, what a difference a day makes - about 40 degrees difference.
The bottom dropped out of temperatures last night, triggering freeze warnings for northern Wisconsin.
The drop in the mercury is courtesy of Canadian high pressure, which has settled across Wisconsin. Freezing temperatures are expected again tonight.
More seasonable weather should return by later this week.

Good viewpoint professor :) I don't like the extreme cold, and even right now I'm freezing my butt off, but I think I can tolerate being cold if it means killing off many of them pesky skeeters!

Well, considering all the standing water, and thus breeding ground for our little biting, blood-sucking friends, I wouldn't mind one more hard frost--at least take out the first wave of the little...buggers....
