Hart waives preliminary hearing

ELKHORN--The 17-year-old Genoa City girl accused of killing a man in a November drunken-driving crash waived her right to a preliminary hearing Friday afternoon.

Krystal A. Hart is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, obstructing an officer and bail jumping.

What was uncalled for? Pointing out that this young recidivist likes to break the law? And in short order after having adult charges dropped down to juvie?
