Milwaukee teen pleads guilty in group sexual assault of girl
MILWAUKEE (AP) — A Milwaukee teen accused of participating in the group sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl has pleaded guilty.
Seventeen-year-old Terrell Jefferson entered the plea Monday morning in Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
He was charged with one felony count of first-degree sexual assault of a child. He faces a maximum penalty of 60 years in prison when he is sentenced July 2.
Jefferson’s was the last open case among 15 people charged in the 2006 sexual assault. He was 15 at the time.
According to court records, the 11-year-old girl went to the house of a 16-year-old girl where she was encouraged to perform sexual acts with as many as 20 males.

The uncle was living at the house, came home from work heard all the racket went to the room seen what was going on and went elsewhere in the house and then came back and did what ever he did. I lived near milwaukee when this happened and it was all over the local news. I am not trying to slander anybody but I do remember hearing something about one of the people involved in the case had H.I.V. I am not sure if it was one of the people who assulted the girl or if it was the girl that was assulted. Personally I believe all the cowards involved (including the 16 yr old girl that arrainged it)should get life without parole. Those people put that girl through hell. That is just my feelings though.

justmyopinion: One of the parents (an uncle of the older girl, apparently) actually *participated*. Unbelievably, he told a reporter "She looked grown to me, man." He was sentenced to 25 years in prison last year, with 10 more on supervision.

.
An 18-year-old was also sentenced, to 15 years plus 10. Both entered guilty pleas.

it goes on more often than people realize. I'm glad law enforcement and the justice system is finally getting involved in prosecuting.
