Koepp arraignment postponed
The arraignment of a man accused of killing a Janesville woman and her two teenage children is being postponed due to technical problems.
49-year-old James Koepp faces three counts of first degree intentional homicide in the January 2007 deaths. He was to appear via video from Columbia Correctional Institution, but was taken back to his cell for a lock down before the technical problems were corrected.
His arraignment is rescheduled for Monday, May 19.

I HONESTLY, STEVIE, DID NOT MEAN TO UPSET YOU OR DISRESPECT YOUR FAMILY IN ANY WAY....!!! :) I would REALLY like to see some sort of JUSTICE for YOUR FAMILY!!! :) :) :) I DO NOT know (THOROUGHLY) the WHOLE case presented (to YOU & YOUR FAMILY, that is!)...I'm only going by the news reports here. BUT....the point of HOW LONG the DNA took vs. cougars~ :( ...THAT'S discouraging to me!!! What about the BF of your niece...HIS behavior, to me, has ALWAYS stood out as INTERESTING... :( BUT NOT REALLY :( :( :(....

Well lets talk about sarcasm. Now what if it was your sister, neice, and nephew who were murdered, and the person they picked up was a criminal, would you say the same thing? Why don't you let the justice system do their job! Do you think that all the detectives from all different states is going to lie on evidence? Trust me they did their job! When this case is over, i hope all this gossip is also.

(-ing)EVD., BY THEN!!! But, SERIOUSLY, NOW...I'd just like to know "HOW" much was the Daughter's BF looked into here as a "SUSPECT"?!...OH WAIT..HE REALLY WASN'T, was he?!! My thoughts are to EXONERATE him, the BF!!! (And THEN.... take Koepp to trial...)

the police ran everyones name in trailer park. Koepp has a criminal record, so lets place the blame on him. I don't think he did it. and why did it take DNA so long??? they had the cougers DNA in two days. It's easy to blame a prior criminal. I know this from expierience. something tells me, this guy didn't do it.

I have no idea if he committed the murders. I'm still stuck on figuring out how one person could manage to do the crime alone.
