A 46-year-old rural Beloit man is expected to survive after being partially ejected during a Sunday afternoon rollover accident.

The Rock County Sheriff's Office says Todd Spink appears to have loss control of his pickup truck on West Saint Lawrence Avenue near South Burchfield Road. The truck rolled over, snapping a utility pole. Spink faces charges of operating while intoxicated and for operating while suspended.

Police say he was not wearing a seatbelt.

Drunk Driving, not wearing a seatbelt, and not even being legally licensed to drive does not make a good match! Partially ejected means legs were stuck in truck still!
