Flood warnings issued for three Wisconsin rivers
SULLIVAN, Wis. (AP) - The National Weather Service has issued flood warnings for three Wisconsin rivers.
The warnings are for the Fox River near New Munster in Kenosha County, the Pecatonica River at Martintown in Green County and Sugar River in Green and Rock counties.
There is some minor flooding at the Fox and Sugar Rivers. The warning for the Fox River lasts through Wednesday night, the Sugar River until further notice and the Pecatonica's warning doesn't start until late Tuesday evening.
The warning was issued because warmer weather is causing snow to melt and rain is forecast for the beginning of the week.
