From the National Weather Service:

A winter weather advisory remains in effect until noon today.

Areas of rain will change to a mixture of sleet and snow early this morning before changing to all snow. Up to 2 inches of snow is expected before the snow diminishes by noon. Visibilities may be reduced to a 1/2 mile or so as this snow moves through.

A winter weather advisory is issued when a mixture of snow, and/or sleet, and/or freezing rain will cause difficult travel. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities. Use caution while driving.
