From the Rock County Sheriff's Office:

After discussions with the Town of Milton Chairman Bryan Meyer, the Rock County Sheriff’s Office is strongly recommending that residents in the Charley Bluff area, in Milton Township, consider evacuating immediately. This is due to high standing water on Charley Bluff Road, which is limiting the ability of emergency responders to access the residents and homes in the Charley Bluff area. Charley Bluff Road has been posted as closed by the Rock County Department Public Works. The Milton Fire District is aware of the current conditions in the Charley Bluff area.

More flood information is available at the Rock County Web site at www.co.rock.wi.us.
