Flooding delays traffic near Portage

The State Patrol said flooding is delaying traffic on southbound Interstate 39 near Portage in Columbia County. No detour route has been set up.

The right-hand southbound lane has been closed.

The incident is near mile marker 88 south of Portage.

It's so inconvenient when the traffic delays are delayed.
