drove thru indianford about 4pm, the county was dumping truck loads of large rock near the powerplant as fast as they could bring it in. the only sign the dam was still under the water were three standing waves... otherwise it was the same level on both sides!

This is definitely serious. I was out photographing the river tonight and despite the on/off rainstorm a number of others were too, and it had the air of a lark, but it's almost as high as I've ever seen it already. I just hope everyone is as prepared as they can be. Afton and the Mole and Sanders subdivision get a little wet almost every year but they won't be alone this time.
