Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will be campaigning in Wisconsin Thursday.

The Illinois senator’s campaign office says he’ll hold a "town hall" meeting in Kaukauna as part of his "Change that Works for You" tour.

It’s a two-week swing across the country emphasizing economic issues. According to the campaign, Obama plans to talk about proposals that include changing the tax code to benefit the middle class, making health care more affordable and a tax break for homeowners.

Yeah; he'll swing by GM, to blame the closing on Bush, haha!
.
I can't all ready wait for the next 4 months here in WI to be over. We'll be BOMBARDED with all these stupid ads; and forced to hear all this endless pandering, and endless media coverage of them saying nothing. What a waste of money and resources.

Big surprise. Wisconsin is a swing state and guess who shows up. Politicians are so predictable.

"Barack Obama said Monday that lawmakers should inject another $50 billion immediately into the sluggish U.S. economy." (from CNN.com)

"...like the first stimulus package has done so well..." (just passing the TV, didn't catch who made that comment).

Just how is putting American taxpayers another $50 billion in debt going to help the economy? Now, if he promises to withdraw from Iraq immediately and default on payments to Blackwater and Haliburton, diverting that money to the US economy, that might be helpful. That would be a change that works for me.
