The beltline was just buckling a couple weeks ago, just before rush hour, I think. Thank the heat wave for being a contributing factor.

It is buckling. I found this elsewhere on the Gazette site:
http://wclo.com/news/2008/jul/29/highway...

This seems to happen frequently on the Gazette site. With the previous buckling of I-90 eastbound by the Edgerton exit, there were at least 3 separate stories I came across on the website, all saying basically the same thing, and none of them referenced each other. Is this done just to "bump" the story up to the chronological top of the list? It gets a little annoying because then there are 3 separate discussions about the same topic (I've even noticed some posters copy/paste identical posts to each article).

Gazette staff, if you're going to publish a nearly identical article, at least include the previous article in the "related items" field at the bottom.

What exactly is wrong with it? Anyone whose seen it, mind describing what's going on?
