3 hurt in Green County crash
MONROE
Three men were treated for injuries, and one arrested on a charge of causing injury while driving drunk after an accident early Saturday morning in Green County.
Injured were Lance R. Thruman, 38, Monroe, and Dane S. Fredel, 21, and Cameron J. Davis, 18, both of Freeport, Ill., the Green County Sheriff’s Department reported Sunday morning.
Their injuries were not life-threatening, the department said.
Thruman was arrested on the causing injury while driving intoxicated charge and ticketed for driving left of center.
At 2:49 a.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the accident on Highway 69 near Melvin Road in Clarno Township, southwest of Monroe.
They determined that Thruman was northbound, crossed the center line and hit Fredel’s southbound vehicle head-on.

Well apparently HE was DRUNK and should be charged to the max 2 innocent SOBER people were the victims....... I agree with sara it says plain as day his charges and the technology of today is pretty acurate dont know if was blood drawn or not but that is the standard procedure anymore...... By the way sara's statement was just that a statement not a conviction or judgement........

Wow, I thought this country was founded on "Innocent until Proven Guilty." Apparently SarahB was at the scence and has reviewed all the evidence and was selected to be on the jury. Another K-Mart lawyer ASSuming.
