One of the county's best-kept secrets. It's not just a park, it's a natural area. The park is named for Carvers Rock, which is a limestone formation of the same type as the Big Rock in Janesville, although it's really more of a long cliff. http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&am... . It's similar to Parfrey's Glen in some respects, if you've ever heard of that. That's one of Wisconsin's best-kept secrets (fortunately). http://dnr.wi.gov/org/land/er/sna/sna1.h...
I have no idea what or where this park is. Too bad about it getting closed and all.

It is a gorgeous little park outside of Clinton. Nice trails for hiking, horseback riding and cross country skiing.
