Ryan announces reelection bid
Congressman Paul Ryan announces he is seeking a sixth term in office.
His recently-introduced "Roadmap for America's Future" addresses health and retirement costs, debt, and the outsourcing of jobs.
He says Congress should act to address gas prices, job losses, and government spending.
Ryan's campaign submitted signatures to the State Election Board, which is twice as many needed to place his name of the fall ballot.

Yep, kind of hard to take the bus 40 miles to work. There is no train either. And yes, our wonderful Democrats that say they are there to help the people have done nothing that they promised. All they have done is introduced meaningless resolutions about Iraq. Thanks Speaker Pelosi.

Yeah, liberals love high gas prices because they are known to have loads and loads of cash (sarcasm). I think it is pretty safe to say that no individual likes inflation.

Yeah hate to take away my freedom to take my own car to work and not relay on the buses to get me there.

What has the democratic run congress done since they took control? What about the promises from Ms. Nancy Pelosi saying they will help bring down the cost of gasoline (which was $2.35 when they took control)? They have an approval rating of 9%.

Yup....wouldn't want to take mass transit when we can drive the gas hots around. Those dang liberals being concerned about the environment.....boy they've got there nerve.

Roadmap to America is great; unfortunately Congressman Ryan's votes have been the opposite...voting YES on Medicare Part D, costing taxpayers close to a trillion dollars in 10 years. And it doesn't solve seniors' drug coverage problems. Who does it help? Big pharma. Not to mention ruining the U.S. economy when voting YES to continue babysitting the Iraq civil war indefinitely. Those votes are costing taxpayers trillions and causing inflation to pay for it, reducing our spending power even more.

He's fighting an uphill battle in Congress they don't do much of anything that requires hard decisions. Plus the liberals like higher gasoline prices then they can push their mass transit agenda in our laps and say how good taking the buses and trains are.

Check out the OTHER candidates who filed their nomination papers with many MORE signatures than Ryan was able to collect...Why didn't they get publicity, too?
