Edwards' exit from presidential race changes dynamic in Wisconsin
MADISON, Wis. (AP) - John Edwards' exit from the presidential race changes the dynamic for Democrats in Wisconsin.
Democrats award 92 delegates in Wisconsin. Of those, 74 go proportionately to the candidates based on primary results in each of the eight congressional districts.
The other 18 are at-large and can support any candidate they chose.
Two of those delegates have said they would support Edwards.
One of them is Democratic Party Chairman Joe Wineke. He said Wednesday that he doesn't know yet who he will support, but he suspects he will be getting a lot of phone calls.
U.S. Rep. Dave Obey was the other Edwards backer. Obey could not be reached for comment.

Depends on who you talk to, but basically they are for individual rights above all others, want limited or no government, and someone who can run, but loses elections.
