Three families, who voluntarily evacuated their homes, after the Rock River flooded, have returned home, according to the Rock County Sheriffs Department.

Seven other families, however, must wait for the water level on the river to go down before they can go home.

Also, two of three roads that were closed, due to flooding, have been reopened. This includes South River Road, which has been reopened to local traffic from Highway 11 to Happy Hollow Road, and Oakley Road, which also is open only to local traffic.

Christianson Road remains closed due to high water.
