Clinton school board approves referendum timeline
CLINTON--The Clinton Community School Board approved Tuesday night a referendum timeline and “to do” list presented by district Business Administrator Kathy Zwirgzdas.
If all goes as planned, district residents will vote Nov. 4 on an $8.3 million plan to expand the elementary school and upgrade security at the middle and high schools.
Plans call for a new gym, library and classrooms at Clinton Elementary School, 301 East St., Clinton.
Approval of the timeline is not a guarantee the district will go to referendum.
