Interstate 90/39 is glare ice near the Highway 51/Stoughton exit in Dane County, the Wisconsin State patrol reports.

A dispatcher urged extreme caution.

Numerous runoffs and accidents are reported along the Interstate stretch bridging the Rock-Dane county line, but nothing life threatening, the dispatcher said.

Winds are blowing the snow across the road, and that snow is getting packed into an icy sheet, "so just slow down," the dispatcher cautioned.

I drive on it twice a day Beloit to Madison- and home again, and you would be surprised what you see people doing... especially in the ICE! SLOW DOWN !

I don't think I'd be looking at a lap top while driving on glare ice! Yikes! Lol.
