Someone lost their life in an accident. Accidents happen, no matter how careful we are. For you to spout off about BT's reduced incident rate is heartless. This is not the time or the place for that. Show some compassion :(

Give me a break. No matter how much you enforce laws to prevent accidents, assaults, robberies, etc., some things are just going to happen. I applaud them for trying. What can the rest of the surrounding area police departments say that they are trying to do to prevent such things from happening?

Didn't the BT just make a statement in an article recently about the low amount of incidents in their jurisdiction? Sounds to me like their theory stops repeat offenders, but still doesn't stop first timers and 'accidental' incidents. I don't think they can attribute reality to their theories.
