Beloit evaluates school facilities
The Beloit School Board is watching district growth carefully as it decides how to best utilize its facilities.
School board president Jeff Klett says the high school and elementary schools are specific focuses of the evaluation. He says there will be tough decisions about the facilities, and the district may decide to build new schools.
He says the board is also reviewing how much it would take to bring those schools up to modern standards.
