Storm spawns multiple twisters in Kenosha County
The storm that blew threw parts of Rock and Walworth counties Monday afternoon spawned multiple tornadoes in Kenosha County, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting on its Web site.
Six to eight homes near the intersection of Highway 50 and County O were leveled or badly damaged between 4 and 4:15 p.m., the paper reported, citing a Kenosha County sheriff's deputy. Cars were also blown off the road by strong winds.
At 4:08 p.m. in Walworth County, a weather spotter reported on the scanner that the clouds over Lake Geneva had rotation and a good possibility of turning into a tornado.
The touchdown in Kenosha County, near Wheatland, is just east of Lake Geneva, over the Walworth-Kenosha county line.

Wow who would ever think we would not only have a record breaking day of 61 degrees, but to have several tornado touchdowns and sever thunderstorms as well.
