Council to decide on primary
City Council President George Brunner is calling a special meeting Monday night at 6:00 to decide whether to hold a primary election.
Eleven candidates have returned papers for the three open seats. That's an unusually high number for Janesville. Citizens are allowed to comment before the council votes.
A primary would be held February 19th, the same day as the presidential primary.
