Two snowmobilers rescued from Lake Koshkonong
Two men were rescued from Lake Koshkonong after their snowmobiles broke through the ice before 11 a.m. today.
Both men refused medical treatment, said Chris Lukas, deputy chief for the Milton and Milton Township fire department.
The men, whose names have not been released yet, were not from this area, Lukas said.

"Men with motors between their legs tend to lose all common sense." Thats a ridiculous statement! You get on here and flame every story! Got anything better to do??

Snowmobiling ON ICE is not necessary. Driving on ROADS and consuming food are necessities. Silly. There is no need to be on ANY ICE AT ANY TIME unless it is a man made ice rink. I do retract my statement though, being it seems these men "accidently" ended up on the ice. THat is a different story.

Should we give up our cars because of traffic fatalities, or eating because of choking deaths, or .........?

Good for them that they refused medical treatment....they should have never been out on the ice in the first place. THey should be charged for taking the time of the rescuers that were needed by someone in need of real help due to something beyond their control. Men with motors between their legs tend to lose all common sense. STAY off the lakes. How many people have to die before you get it....ice is changing ALL THE TIME...it's not safe. Shame on you for putting other's lives at risk.
