Hillary deserves some support from the lunatic fringe just as much as Barack does. I know that she has a much better idea of what it takes to be a president than Barack does at this point. Are we ready to go through another on-the-job training program? The current one has not worked out very well and after seven years, I think that everyone has agreed to throw in the towel. Barack is a very intelligent and dedicated man and I predict that he will figure things out in the first year, but that the year will be very frustrating for him and he will emerge a man very different from the one speaking in Beloit tonight. Hillary knows what she is up against and will fair better in the first year and probably every year after that. On the other hand, while there are many who absolutely hate Hillary, it will be considered a mortal sin to criticize Barack on just about any issue for fear of being labeled a racist, the equivalent of being labeled a heretic during the Spanish Inquisition (without the torture, mutilation, and excruciating death, but equally hard to negate). This has the potential to be very divisive for the country, unjust as that is. Some of the Obama supporters that I am reading about appear to have contracted some form rabies.
