Homes sales down nearly 11 percent in Wisconsin
UNDATED (AP) - Home sales in Wisconsin dropped nearly eleven percent in 2007, compared to the year before.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association released data today that shows home prices held steady with the median price about $164,000.
Association president William Malkasian says housing in Wisconsin and throughout much of the Midwest is much less volatile than markets in other parts of the country.
Nationally, home sales declined nearly 13 percent.
