Salvation Army provides shelter for stranded motorists
The Salvation Army in Janesville has become a temporary shelter housing numerous motorists who were stranded in their vehicles on Interstate 90/39 during the snowstorm that moved through Rock County on Wednesday.
Also, the Janesville Department of Public Works has provided overflow semi parking on South Wuthering Hills Drive and Capitol Circle on the east side of the city and Bell Street and Menards on the north side of the city.
