The Wisconsin State Patrol reports delayed traffic on I-90 westbound in the Stoughton area, extending into the Janesville area.

Traffic is at a complete standstill because of impassable road conditions related to the storm, according to a State Patrol press release.

At this time there is no designated alternate route. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to avoid traveling in this area.
