The most recent Janesville forecast from the National Weather Service:

This Afternoon: Periods of snow, mainly after 3pm. High near 35. North wind between 13 and 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Tonight: Periods of snow. The snow could be heavy at times. Some thunder is also possible. Low around 24. Northeast wind between 17 and 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 8 to 12 inches possible.

Wednesday: Periods of snow, mainly before noon. The snow could be heavy at times. High near 26. North wind between 14 and 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible.

8-12 inches tongight, 3-7 inches tomorrow?? Is that right? So, possibly 19 inches in 24 hrs??
